Postpartum Support

I am currently working on my DONA postpartum certification and only offering postpartum support to current or previous birth doula clients or those looking to use their Kaiser benefit.

Kaiser Benefit:  1 extended antepartum visit including birth planning, 2; 3 hour postpartum visits and 4-8 1 hour visits.

Hourly Support: rate varies, up to 4 hour shifts with no overnights. Must be located on the coast or in San Mateo county.

What does postpartum support look like?

- birth debriefing, help with feeding, light housekeeping, light meal prep
